What we collect when you contact or book

If you fill in the contact form on this site, we collect the name, phone number and email address you type in. If you book an appointment, the booking form also collects your name, phone, email and any note you add about the service you want.

We use this only to answer you, to confirm and manage your appointment, and to reach you if something about your appointment changes.

What we collect automatically

When you arrive from an ad, a search result or another website, we store how you got here so we know which channels are worth paying for. That means:

• Campaign tags in the URL (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) and the Google Ads click identifier (gclid).
• The website that referred you and the first page you landed on.
• Which buttons you click on the site (for example "Book" or the phone number), the page you clicked from, and the time.

Cookies

We use one first-party cookie, ll_attr, to remember how you first reached the site so a booking can be attributed to the right channel. It holds campaign tags and the referring site — not your name, phone or email.

Google Tag Manager and any Google tags loaded through it may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works, we just lose the attribution.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the providers that make this site run:

• Square — processes appointments and payments. Booking data you submit goes to Square. See Square's own privacy policy for how they handle it.
• Google — Google Tag Manager and Google Ads measurement on every page, and an embedded Google Map on the contact page and the ads landing page. Loading a map or a tag lets Google receive your IP address and browser information.

How long we keep it

Contact and booking details are kept for as long as you are a client and for as long as we need them for our records. Website event data (clicks, campaign tags) is kept in an internal log used only to measure marketing.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Call or email us with the request and we will confirm it. If you booked through Square, ask us and we will also remove the record there.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 through this website. Minors are welcome as clients, but the appointment is booked by a parent or guardian.
